Choose what notifies you and how. Everything is kept in the notifications widget at the bottom right. "In the site" opens its preview while the site is open and in view; "Outside the site" is a system notification when it isn't.
Not allowed yet — needed for notifications outside the site.
Without an account, notifications outside the site only arrive while a tab of the site is open. Sign in to get them with the site closed too.
